Our head catering chef, Gabrielle Watson, specializes in vegan and vegetarian fare, and has extensive experience working with local farmers to source the very best ingredients. Chef/partner Kristian Niemi, who has opened some of Columbia’s most iconic restaurants like Mr. Friendly’s, Gervais & Vine, Rosso Trattoria, Bourbon, and Black Rooster, has the experience and ability to create menus to suit any event and taste.
